Evening ladies, How are we all today?
Have done some more BDing today, OH is feeling very sorry for himself and I almost thought he wasn't going to do it but he was great about it, Even though he was sniffing the whole time! Lol :rotfl:
Went out this afternoon to buy some man flu supplies and saw sainsburys had pregnacare on 3 4 2 so bought three boxes :j, Then went into boots and they had sanatogen mum to be tablets half price and also 3 4 2 so am all set! Am going to take the sanatogen ones straight away for the folic acid but it does say from before conception on them so ideal! How optimistic am i. Only bad thing was the women in sainsburys asked me if i was pregnant because I was buying them. I made a big joke out of it saying not yet but inside I felt mortified and sad!
Fanta, I've been stalking you and was thrilled to read your news earlier, SO pleased for you!!:T Was going to post on the <12 weeks thread but wasn't sure about it! Can't wait to see your next pic and see how much your bean has grown
Big sis - Good luck for the flight, Try and have a sleep if possible so it goes quicker
QQ - I think regardless of how many times you've held a newborn it is so different when it is your own, You of course still think its going to break when you hold it but that passes after a couple of days then it is just like you've done it a million times and you are at ease.:D
All of you lovely ladies on here are going to be great parents when the time comes, What more could a baby ask for than parents who are trying so hard already just to concieve nevermind when he/she gets here, Notice the when not the if0 -

Yes once you've DTD theres less of a spillage! Dependant on how you insert it, I HATE that part so have tried in a number of positionsand found from behind (with DH's help) is less 'violating' so to speak but it does say on the box that any extra will slip out of its own accord but afterwards it was like a sponge very absorbant!!!

At my place we have a complete rigmarole (sp?) about whether a post can be offered, internally to perm staff, internally to all staff or externally. often the requirements have been to advertise them externally but it's been understood that if some one whos been filling in for the role applied they would have to really muck up the interview or there would have to a very very exceptional external candidate which would stop the person who had been doing it actually getting it. Does that make sense?
i wanted this to say this too yesterday but couldnt work out a way that would sound right - i am a team leader and have a similar issue with one of my teamHad a thrifty wedding 17-06-10

My sister did this and it worked for her. It was her 1st month of ttc too. She said she never wanted to DTD again afterwards :rotfl:Just in case you haven't been on the <12 week board.....my scan showed the bean this morning! So relieved. Page 341 has full story and a link to the piccie.
Getting PG is the first part of a very long story. Hope you all get your BFPs soon. Once it does happen, although you stress and strain about it now, you'll go "oh, it wasn't really that long trying". I did that and it took over 8 months!

CONGRATS FANTA!!!!
Really pleased for you :j:j:j:j
Well I've been almost tee total this holiday, apart from a couple of glasses of wine at a wedding. Have had no painkillers for sciatica and taken no meds for an infection. :A I think I deserve a medal or at the very least a BFP on Monday!

Hi all,
I did a pregnancy test today (CD 33 of 35) and it was a big fat negative (month 3 of TTC). Think I can feel AF rearing it's ugly head about 2 hours after I wasted the test. Oh well, onto next month! After reading all the recent posts I've just been on Amazon and ordered some of this pre - seed. Count me in for TEAM STICKY!
Think my main obstacle though is the stress I am under at work, something I don't see changing anytime soon.
Good luck to all those testing xxxx
P.S Congrats fantafan!0 -

Sorry to hear this juicy, it's hard dealing with stress. It may not help now but waht will happen when you get pregnant? will you be (eventually) less stressed? try to start moving your mind towards when you are pregnant, how will things be different?
This might sound odd but I have started to develop a little detachment and therefore, less stress by thinking - if i was pregnant tomorrow, i would have to stop working by x will, the world stop? will i be more focused on my health and baby? etc
saying that, i did 11 hrs non stop today... so feel free to ignore meHad a thrifty wedding 17-06-10
