It's exciting! Also chatting to other people on here who can give me advise when I need it is a nice feeling too. And I know ALL you guys sometimes give TMI but if you can't do it here, then where can you?!
Would something like this be OK?
Gopppers (age?) TTC#1 since 06/11
Age is not compulsory;)0 -

I know you are not TTCing until June, but would you like to be listed on the first page before you forget?

Are you going to test? If no AF?euronorris wrote: »Ohh, I'm soo happy! My sister, who miscarried in early Jan, is pregnant again (2-3 weeks).
Are we allowed to add that to our list of BFPs?Hi there! Long time lurker of this thread (2 years plus!) and wanted to ask all you girls (and guys) about multivits.
Thanks for reading, I may join in you all in June when we start trying for real - feeling nervous already about it!! In the mean time i'll go back to lurking...
Gops xI asked GP and he just said folic acid. He said there are vits you can take but he's not really fussed by them and doens't really see the need. If you're getting them wouldn't spend a bomb on them (personally), especially if you have a healthy diet
Any baby you conceive would take what it needs from your body reserves if it needs to anyway, apparently
All perfectly natural and normal fears honey. Tbh, I think that thinking about all of those things actually will make you a fab Mum! You're not going into things lightly, you're aware of the pitfalls, what can go wrong etc etc. But, if you're like me, your desire to have a child will override all of that and you'll do your best to ensure that everything goes right.

I was obviously half asleep this morning and missed your post. Fingers x'd that the au naturale approach works
Well, I've phoned the clinic, and my scan was an oversight on their part, so now I have an appointment to get it done next week. OH had to change the appointment for his SA, so we have also had to change the appointment for our next consultation. It would have just been easier if we had been able to book the appointments at the desk when we were there rather than having them send them out then us ring up to change them
I am going out with some friends from work tonight, but I really can't be bothered. I've had really heavy AF most of the week and not had a decent night sleep since SundayOnce I'm showered and dressed I'll be fine, but right now I can't motivate myself to get my bum off the sofa!
Hope everyone has a good night0 -
hope it comes GG. if you're 14dpo is there a chance you could be pg this month??? imagine it would be pretty hard to time BDing in such a long cycle, would be fab though xx
Well if i had OV'd 14 days ago I would have 2 welll timed bd's but as I said i'm not convinced! I did a sneaky test this morning and it was a BFNHang in there:o Any SS?
I gave up SSing many months ago after many months of being convinced i was pregnant then not being!!You need a medal!! I don't know your background, I never read back more than a few pages - is there a known reason for it? (ETA: I just looked at your FF and saw you have PCOS, sorry)
I'm finding CD 55 bad enough...!:o
Are you going to test? If no AF?
ThanksYep PCOS, I went to my doctors on CD 71 ish and she wasn't interested, We have app with fertility specialist on 31st march as we'll have been TTC a year then so i'm hoping they will give me AF incuding pills if it still hasn't come by then.
I think anything over CD40 is medal worthy
Have tested regularly and always negative, I think by the time I get my BFP i will probably faint at the shock :rotfl:
Hope you all have a lovely evening0 -
Hi Guys
I'm feeling quite excited so had to post. My cycles since TTC'ing have been 36, 36, 33 and 40. I'm now on CD15 with not really any idea when I could ov. Well DH is going away on Sunday for an 8 day stag in Lanzerote so assumed that I may ov when he's away, or hopefully when he's back.
Anywhoo, me and DH do opposite shifts sometime which has been all this week. Was feeling horny yesterday and managed to BD. Cm was egg whitey today and was again horny, so OPK'd after work and it was a +, yey!!! So going to BD again tomorrow and possible persuade DH Sunday morning before he leaves for the airport (which is really early). My temp hasn't come down low though?? Maybe tomorrow's will be??
Even if we don't catch I'm just happy that my cycle has come down a bit, possibly CD30 :T
Loving all the different names for jugs, lol. Up'ing the PMA!!0 -

Have they done the FSH & LH blood test before now? Or checked insulin resistance one? Or will you be starting from scratch?KimmyMarky wrote: »Hi Guys

Yea i'm petrified. And now its nearly real I actually am scared to death and an questioning if I really do want a baby?!
I know exactly how you feel! I go through phases where I panic too - life is great as it is, why fix what ain't broke?! And then my ovaries start twinging at the sniff of baby powder and I remember that I really would regret it if I didn't have kids.I'm reading the book about what to expect before your expecting. Good lord its sooo over the top lol. But it is American.
I have that book too - it's good in lots of ways but yes, it is a bit American! You need a medal!!

I feel bad complaining about my 45 day cycle...! What a nightmare, hope both of your cycles sort themselves out soon
Well, I've just got back from the gym, and boy am I gonna ache tomorrow! I quite like that feeling though, at least I know I've worked hard
Just a thought - smear tests don't interfere with ovulation do they? Mine on friday will be on CD11...

Hello all my lovely TTC'ers.
Missed out on a few days posts as I've been away for family reasons, I think I spotted a BFP amongst all the posts :j
I think my monitor has turned up while I've been away but I've been carded by the PO. My OH said he would collect it for me but I said no as he's nosey and would have opened it, I haven't told him what I ordered and I think he would be a bit surprised as he was probably expecting an early pressie for his birthday :rotfl:
Anyway, I think I'm about CD9 so time for the fun to begin :T0
