Jen151 - happy anniversary, sounds like a perfect day with a lovely prezzie. And it's amazing how many people I know who are born approximately 9 months after their parents anniversary! Fingers crossed your baby will be :)

Last week my DH said "I'm so sorry your anniversary present hasn't arrived yet, I feel awful" and I said it was ok cos he still had a month and 2 days for it to arrive! He said "oh, I thought our anniversary was this Sunday. Is it not the end of March already?" Erm no, not quite darling. He feels well proud of himself now though as he's never had my anniversary present sorted so far in advance!

    thanks hon :) fingers crossed!
thats sweet of your hubby to be so well prepared!! will it drive you mad the whole month now wondering what your prezzie is? :D xx

    Evening ladies!

QQ - I think that is the first time I've heard you come out with anything close to SSing :p
tinksy - I hope being shattered is a good sign...! When you testing if AF doesn't show?!?
Wonder - ((hugs)) sorry the witch got you hun
Jen151 - I love Swarovski - your hubby made a good choice!! No, I haven't signed up for VIP membership yet. I'm going to wait until my current VIP runs out and see what the difference is. Apparently they run the deal often so, it's not like you'll miss it if you decide to wait.
must_try_harder bless your OH for getting your anniversary pressie a whole month early and not even realising!!

I had to search for ages on the new style FF for my friends list...

Hubby and I have been together for 8 years and married for 20 months. We met working together in a travel agency. We secretly met down the pub one lunchtime for a sneaky drink and from that moment on, never spent a moment apart.

I have been wardrobe shopping on Ikea tonight. I love Ikea! They have some lovely nursery stuff............ ;)

Keeping the PMA up on my end; hope everyone else is doing the same!

I've been thinking, seeing as pebblespop ov'd around CD26 - I didn't realise it was possible to ov that late! I think I may have ov'd on about CD32 - ties in with sharp pains etc that I was having, plus EWCM. I guess I'll find out if I get AF on about Thursday this week, cos that'll be 14 days after CD32. I think I'm right in thinking by now for me to be pg this month, I'd have to be having a very shy BFP - otherwise I just can't see how the dates of BD-ing and poss. ov-ing tie up.
One can ov any time, I ov'd on CD40 once:eek:
I was REALLY stressed at work between about CD22 - CD26, so perhaps that explains a delay?
Yes, unfortunately, ov's tend to be very sensitive to stress:o
CD1 for me, let's hope this is lucky cycle 10 :o

thanks QQ! we had a nice romantic dinner and OH got me a pretty swarovzki bracelet like this one below. it was a great wee night, lovely food, even treated ourselves to a champagne cocktail and a 10 year old whisky for OH to top it off :)

Hows everything going with you? your chart's looking good x
    Lovely bracelet:love:
Chart always look good in weekends, as I get up late hence the higher temps:(
Which really makes me think that I actually ovulated some time after Wednesday like you suggested. And unfortunately we didn't BD around then. Next month I'm going to keep with the OPKs even after they tell me I've ovulated and religiously do my temps. I promise!
Well we'll know for sure if AF arrives:o
You could've ov'd soon after Wed, and the swimmers can live as long as 5 days:o Don't give up just yet:j

come on then lets have a poll who is our longest lasting couple on ttc??? and how did you meet?? ( cant you see i'm trying to stop thinking about the symptoms in my head!)
Mine's short, someone introduced us, and we got on pretty well, and after about 10min, I was already thinking wedding bells:p
He popped the question 4 months later in Feb 2009, and got married in June that year.
I've been married for a year and 9 months:)

QQ - OH pointed out a rug which I think is the one you have in your spare room ahem and said wouldnt that be lovely in the spare room ahem I laughed quite a lot and couldnt tell him why :)
QQ - your not ssing are you :O spill it lady

Think me and oh are the shortest together couple
We 'met' online just under 2 years ago, on the book of face, on a game thing, cue a bit of banter and a flirt - him adding me on there, then msn, texts, a phone call, webcam chats etc met 3 months later although those 3 months included us both going away on seperate holidays and both of us running up rather large phone bills through texting from abroad (who knew 50p a text from Mexico!!!) erm we met, and we both knew that it was something cue lots of day trips to see each other(Just added it up 8 trips in the first month :O) , erm 18months later we still together and trying to work out the distance thing full time.... so yeah thats our story.... we decided a month after meeting to leave stuff to fate - which I know a lot of people will think is incredibly irresponsible and not right (even me typing this now is thinking !!!!!! were we thinking!!!) I actually met oh online as me and my ex were breaking up so definately wasnt looking for anything serious or long term or in fact anything at all....weird how things turn out isnt it.... feel free to judge or flame me as you see fit but my oh completes me and I him

CD42, still no AF. Just the same old little cramps now and then.

I don't know - I'm so clueless about all this. There's so much to learn! :o
I feel very much the same!!
    Only I'm on CD51...
An IRL TTC mate today said (when I told her I was 3wks late) "I'd be a wreck, testing every day" ...helpful...:wall:

It is beginning to do my head in though - I just want to be able to get this hormone test done so I know what's going on :(

I'm positive there's some more BFPs lurking about though...come on ladies, cough up! ;):p

morning ladies! yep I think Mrs Vics might win longest running and QQ looks like the shortest (wow thats some speedy wedding planning!) Jen the bracelet was stunning

well ive got up this morning to no sore boobs, wide awake, i am very constipated which is probably why I'm all bloated and might just account for the cramps.

So I'm pretty sure I'm out, I might not even buy a test when I pop out at lunch. we shall see

    Erm, I know already :o

Every year we do the proper present for that particular anniversary year, so paper or leather or whatever. This year is copper and I happened to see something I loved that was copper so I told DH about it. He says it's the fact I told him so early that got him confused.

I think it sounds really sweet, I don't envy you with the distance problem but it's clear things will work out. You can't pick and choose when you meet the person who is right for you - my best friend met her current boyfriend when she was still married. But as long as you go about things properly, I don't think there's anything people can judge you for.

I'm loving the stories of how you all got together.

So... We met about 12 and a half years ago when we were 16 and were just sort of acquaintances. 2 years later, first day of Uni and I saw him in my department. We became good friends and we moved into a shared house in our second year. One day I got up and made brekkie and took some into his room. It was cold so I got into bed with him, he just said "erm, I'm naked". I said "I don't mind" ;) and that was it. We got married just under 2 and a half years later and this year is our 7th anniversary.
