can anyone recommend a good brand of BBT? had a quick look on amazon but the ones i've found don't get good reviews.

I don't know as I bought mine abroad, but people get it from Boots or ebay:) Make sure it's a BBT thermometer with 2 decimal points ie 36.54c

another TMI post from moi here - i don't know whats going on but I am extremely ahem *hot* and could quite happily jump my husband when he walks in! i'm going to be a good girl and not do that and wait til tomorrow but I have no idea whats happening, my assumption is that I have now been on a maintenance does of carb for 3 months, and although I have been poorly for the last 6 weeks with varying bugs I'm assuming that the switch to this has taken me back to the normal place which I haven't been in for nearly two years! Either way I hope this is a good sign, I have lots of PMA at the mo so sprinkling it all over this thread
