    Hello QQ,

I think it is about time I jumped on board, so yes please, list me on the first page.

I was wondering whether my luteal phase was short too. I think I'll trying the vitamin B100 to see if it helps. Funny-I always thought I was lucky having light AF's, but now it's coming back to haunt me!

I thought about charting too, but if you do temps, do you have to lie still in bed for 1/2 hour first? I'm working a long way from home at the moment and have to get up at half five. Not sure I can manage five o'clock alarms and still stay sane.

Oh, and congratuations Jules68 - it is so brilliant to hear someone else get their BFP and always gives a little hope!

No you just take your temp first thing when you wake, without moving or going to the loo. That's it. Even if your sleeping pattern is varied (like mine:p), the ov is usually pretty detectable:)

    *delurks*

I had a short LP of 9/10 days and verrrrrrrrry light AFs (literally lasted no more than 2 days and really only noticeable when I wiped *TMI*) I thought this could be a problem so I tried Vit B 100 Complex and fell pg that month. I can't say for sure that's what did it but its gotta be worth a go. Also just wanted to reassure you really that light AFs are not necessarily a problem :)

Thanks for the touch up :)

No, I havent tried any tests. The hcg levels were at 82 just before New Year so would expect them to be zero now I think so anyway? Do you think this isnt af then, and its left over from mc? I stopped bleeding just before Christmas I think? x
  • Hugs to those in need of them.

CD1 for me. I knew it was coming but was still holding out a little hope.

QQ put me on testing lest for 21st Feb please.

It's my Bday just after OV so that (a baby) is all I want for my Bday please.

Hugs to anyone feeling a little sad x x
