You've only been trying since July:o

I know, I know it prob sounds really selfish with regards to your struggle but although it only looks like 6 months it is in actual fact 8 cycles so I'm not far off a yr in cycle times!!

Theres so many women already arrived and left in the time I've been here I help but worry that I have a problem!!!

Ok I'm going to post what Ive been holding my tongue over for a while now and is partly the reason why I lurk and dont post the way I used to.

Yes everyone on here is ttc and yes its obviously going to be a hormonal minefield with afs/pmt/tlps/bfps/bfns etc etc but it sometimes feels like people are a little bit insensitive to what other people are going through and I know its not meant its really not - i know ive probably done it numerous times but if you catch the wrong person on the wrong day and time its going to cause upset.(I sat in tears on here before Christmas when people were saying oh I hope so and so gets bfp for christmas its on my christmas list - partly because I was thinking how nice people where and partly because no one said oh i hope phunkles gets one - pathetic yes but hormones etc wasnt good) But I think thats just the nature of the thread....
Ive took a huge step back from here for numerous reasons.... and dont get me wrong I am MAJORLY happy that people are getting bfps I truely am but it does smart when its not you and you see what feels like everyone else and their dog get a bfp before you do.....

Yes mine and ohs relationship isnt the same as anyone elses in here so yes my circumstances are different and I fully accept that.

I dont even know why Im posting this out there and no doubt Ill delete and/or edit it at some point so please dont quote me...

    *back to lurking*
Love is the answer. At least for most of the questions in my heart,
Like why are we here? And where do we go?And how come it's so hard?
It's not always easy,And sometimes life can be deceiving,
I'll tell you one thing, its always better when we're together

    Phunkles,

    I don't think i could've put it better myself.

I feel the exact same if it makes you feel any better and thats why I don't post too. Its especially hard when people go on and on about how hard it is for them when they have been trying 1 or 2 months. Yes this is month 10 thank you. When you just start TTC you don't realise how hard it is for people that have been trying for ages, I'm sure when i first joined moaned and moaned, its only with being here months on end and seeing so many people come and go that you realise and have sensitivity towards others (and become as bitter as me :()

I am finding it so so difficult as every month passes as I know alot of other people are, I am jealous of everyone who gets pregnant on this thread as I want it to be me and only don't feel jealous if the person has been trying at least 6 months. Crazy yes but TTC makes your emotions haywire.

Please come back and dont lurk anymore Phunkles, I miss you as I'm sure quite a few of the others do, I always think about you and love to see your updates.

I did say this a few weeks back :)
Hope each and everyone of you get your bfp's but especially, QQ, Wonder Womble, debs x 2, Lemon Tree and phunkles

Debs - i feel the exact same so don't feel bad!:p

WW Fingers firmly crossed for you that you get your much deserved bean before your tests :D

QQ i don't get my hopes up anymore either, the more the months go on the less hopes i have!

CD15 for me of a who knows how long cycle. No idea if or when i'll OV, given up on OPK's/ cbfm etc. Stopped taking metformin because it was just killing me so who knows.
  • Phunkles, im sorry, you feel that way, i have received so much help and advice i still haven't stopped reading, i feel that all of you ladies are a bit of a life line to (idiots) people like me, who don't have the answers and dont have anyone else to ask.

I guess sometimes it is easy to post on one track of thought without considering others and sometimes what is meant as a positive and hopeful message can actually be painful to others.

Apologies if i am one of those that has caused offence.

    Congratulations Forumgrazer!!

CD31(28) today, been spotting since this morning but no proper AF yet - I told you she was going to tease me this month!! I think its because I've been thinking about it too much.....
Fully expecting CD1 when I get up tomorrow, if not then sod it, I'm testing!

I've only been on this thread a few days and I think all the BFPs are lovely :) but it would be lovelier if everyone got one!
I can understand how hard it is for those who've been trying longer though, me and DH have been trying on and off for nearly 6 years so I'm all too familiar with how horrible it feels. I like being here at the minute because it is making me feel more positive :) xx
Trying to jump back onto the moneysaving wagon ....
