did a quick search on twins:
Eat cassava root, a type of wild yam found in Africa. In a region in Africa where cassava is a staple of the local diet, women have the highest rate of twins found anywhere in the world. Many nutrition researches agree that eating this yam increases ovulation.

Does this chart automatically update your fertile time for the next month when you add in your monthly cycle details?
It'll put green squares on the days you could be fertile.
It is really for temping, and as you may know, temping does not predict ov, it'll just tell you when it's over...
Hi everyone, just thought I'd introduce myself, Im hoping to join you all with the big task of TTC.

Im TTC my first so this is all new to me, though we've been trying for about 5 months it's not been particularly serious, it's only in the last week that I've started reading up on everything and realised how much there is to learn. Very excited by very nervous too. It also means im a bit slow with all the abbreviations so please bear with me!

Lets hope 2011 is our year and I look forward to chatting with you all (and hopefully picking up/giving some advice at the same time) :-D

    Happy New Year Everyone _party_

Evening all, well I'm just waiting and trying to resist the urge to test. Currently cd29(31) and hoping to get to the end of the week before testing...can't see it happening though!

Sorry, I'm so behind! Congratulations to any new graduates and hugs to everyone who needs them.

My brother announced last week that he and his wife are expecting their first child! :D My SIL found out on 23rd, but waited until 24th to tell him. They are over the moon, and a little scared (of course).

  • Hi Anderson, nice to see you!!!

Welcome our newbies what a nice time of year to start TTC!!! :D

CD15 (27/28) and i think i'm possibly 1 or 2 DPO!!! I did a CB stick yesterday as Sat was +ve but yesterdays was -ve so I think that'll be 2 DPO!!!

Anyway I went to see DH's work colleugue and his fiance last night they just had a little girl 3 weeks ago and she's adorable, we absolutley loved picking some clothes for her it was great fun and we managed to get her 2 wee matching outfits we were well chuffed!!! :rotfl:

Today my plan is to start my visual board I don't know where people on here lie when it comes to spiritualism but I spoke to a friend recently who suggested I make myself 1 with my desires for the year so I'm quite excited about it and I have an outline to follow in 1 of my mags!!! I'm feeling very positive for 2011 so far!!! ;)

Welcome welshpolarbear and welcome back mirrorimage :)

CD24(28) today. I have 2 ICs left but ordered some more off ebay the other day so waiting for those to come too. Am definitely NOT testing early, I'm waiting till Saturday which is when AF is due. I used them when testing when I was pg in August, and despite testing a week late the line was still barely there so I don't want to get myself worked up.

  • CD56 (55+) BFN again today...I have a feeling this is going to be a long cycle...!!

What are things u can eat/drink to help OV/getting pregnant? I know there are tablets you can take as well, anything my partner can take? I'm already taking folic acid.I want to go full steam and do everything I can to get pregnant! :D

Isn't it Soy or something that can help you OV earlier?

I'm going to keep everything crossed for everyone the witch hasn't got yet this month xxxx
