It's different for every mc, some get ov straight away while for others it takes a long time (((hugs))).

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the best place to ask, but....

I've just come off the pill after 14 months on it - only had one period while on it (bliss) so am now unsure when to expect AF......

    what would you expect?
It's different for everyone. Do you track ov?

Us too. I'm not using the CBFM - partly because the sticks are too expensive. I'm just going to use opks and monitor my CM. I was thinking about getting a BBT too but I don't really know what I'd be looking for.

The sad thing is that some people on the parent thread had worse stories to tell than that. But I will be chasing up my complaint as soon as the PALS lady replies to me.
