Trying for a Baby Part Six

  • Do you know that is something I've been thinking about that the past couple of days. I'll be ov'ing roughly 24th Nov, and if I conceived that would mean the baby would be due 21st Aug, going by start of last AF. Now that would make baby the youngest in their year at school and possibly a year younger than some of the other children

Now i know I truly am a nutter, worrying that our not yet conceived child may struggle academically

You arent the only one, i do it too! I was thinking just the other day would it be worth skipping a month - then i decided that i just want a happy and healthy child, as long as that happens then Que Sera Sera

My theory on the lack of bfps this month is obviously we all want our little beanies to be the eldest in the school year and not the youngest :P
I'm a mid Aug baby, and I have to say I wished my mum waited another month:p I had nice family holiday birthdays but envied those who celebrated birthdays in the school year:o

But there's a good side to being an August baby, if you need to take a year off before uni, then when you come back, you are not that older than your peers:cool:

Considering my mum waited 4 years for BFP, I can understand how she couldn't wait:o
Having a lazy sunday, Not doing much. Made some chocolate fudge and making some sun dried tomato bread yum yum yum,
    Yummy!:)

    I don't think I struggled academically:p
I have a friend who was born in August as well, and she excelled in all subjects, went on to study physics at one of the top unis:cool:
Hugs for everyone, QQ im sorry the egg is not a good one, :( hopefully it means next months egg will be super strong and will make a sticky bean for you!!!!
    Thanks:o

Thanks QQ, I guess there a positives and negatives to everything. An August baby is better than a December baby, when I was younger I hated being a December baby and used to have my 'birthday' in September :D

    Let's go for Decmeber BFP:beer:
  • Morning ladies :D

Do we have any testers this morning?

Doglover sorry to hear the witch got you :( She seems to have been busy these past few days  Hopefully that means there's gonna be loads of BFP's in December ;)

Well we're now officially half way through November and still no BFP's!! where are they all hiding? Come on ladies :D

Re the august baby thing, if i get pg this cycle my due date will be 2nd August then theres the high chance of going overdue so could be 18th August at latest, I'm not too worried as the school year in Scotland is different and the cut off is the 1st of March. And the chances of us living in scotland by then are quite high :p

CD33 for me, 6dpo :j Counting down the seconds to testing time :rotfl:

You can always home-educate. Then you tailor the education to your child and school years are irrelevant.
