Trying for a Baby Part Six

Thanks ladies for all your heartwarming messages, youve made me cry again, but in a good way, relaxing with a drink at the moment, wierdly even though my hormones were three times higher than a normal pregnancy, I was more chilled than I have ever been, those hormones were great, if you take away the sickness, and the constipation, and the sore boobs and all that jazz! Have been waiting for the midwife at the hospital to ring, and tell me about the tests to check whether we are carriers of the chromosone disorder, which I hope not, as I would like to try again, I think. Funilly enough although it took me 17 years to persuade dh to have a bambino, now we have lost lickle willow, he really wants one now, you start to get so excited and start to plan so many things, and then its taken away. A mc would have been easier than the decision I had to make, and the morning before I was screaming, that I couldnt do it, but it was the right decision, the prognosis was so bad, and seeing my sister losing her child all be it to cancer is just devastating. I am on holiday at the moment but wondering whether to go back next week or not, I dont get sick pay and need the money, the car had just cost a grand this week! eeek!
Am scared to try again, but I also know I want to be a mummy.
Paws, I was wondering how you were doingI am so sorry hun, what an absolutely awful thing to have to go though, my heart goes out to you and your family. So sorry to hear about your sister's child as well
:(:(
I hope you will find the strength to try again, hugs to you and your OH xx0 -
I ov'd on CD40 once:whistle: Cleomolly had one on CD76 last cycle:o
I'd BD just in case.
Why not start temping? That's the only way you'll know you ov'd or not.
(((Hugs))). Why not ask the doctor?
I know that it could just be a long cycle. The only thing is that the cbfm was high on CD24 before it went to low on the last testing day on CD25. If I wasn't near ov, surely it wouldn't have gone to high?
Temping would be a prob I think for me, as I get up anything from 4.30 to 7.30 (ish) lol on weekdays and later but varying times on the weekend. Is it right you're supposed to temp at the same time every day?TTC #3..........0 -

I know how you feel Ali, I have a friend who was splitting up with her partner, she decided she wanted a baby and thought she would offer him one night of no-strings s e x, which then resulted in a baby. :mad:Still no AF here and on CD50 now!! Testing again tomorrow but not feeling overly positive tbh. :undecided
I'm still having little cramps and like butterflies in my tummy, huge tummy grumbles (that one is normal for me, lol). The windy problems seems to have passed (pardon the pun), but I'm still seeing lots of ewcm when I go to the loo and on my undies here and there. I'm always thinking this time, it's AF when I use the toilet paper, but it just continues to be the clear stuff.
I'm trying to stay relaxed about testing again but beginning to worry that I'm not usually this late and although I've missed the very odd period over the last few years, I've never had any of these symptoms. The ewcm is not something I've ever really seen before even at ovulation times, and the spotting for a few days about 2 weeks ago never happens. I'm thinking if it's negative and AF doesn't show up in the next week, I should maybe ring the gp. But then I'm worrying I'm fussing over nothing. I don't have any pain or discomfort but just beginning to worry... Am I being daft?
Twigpig if you had some spotting 2 weeks ago could that have been a super light period? If it was then that would explain EWCM now, which could be ov? Do you have any IC OPKs that you could use to check whether you are ov'ing?0 -

Oh no, we're not having a very good month so far are we peeps? Hugs all round.
Does anyone feel like having a child is futher away then before they started? When it was all just an idea I could imagine that it was just 9 months away (I was planning to join te one time only club) but now it seems like it could be 9 months, a year, 18 months...
Can we get some PMA over here?0
