    Welcome Anderson:hello:

Congratulations on getting married this year. I've been married a couple of years now and purposely decided to leave TTC for that time thinking as well that it would happen straight away (as it seems to have done for all my friends) but we're on Month 5 now. I haven't been on thiis forum for that long though - only a couple of months.

    Good luck with everything

You wouldn't like to try Vitamin B complex to lengthen your LP?
LP at 10 days is not that short though:)

I keep reminding myself that things will probably sort themselves out, and I just need to give it time! I am low in B vitamins though so I think I might do a little more research into it.

ill give you a little of my backround.
my husband and i were married on the 30th of July this year, and started trying straight away.
im 26 and my DH is 44, stupidly i thought we would fall pregant straight away, not so.
itd be nice to just chat about things

Hi anderson, another wedding graduate here! I too thought I'd come of the pill and 'bang there you go' pregnant, but as a lot of us are learning it doesn't always work like that. and to think I was so worried about missing the odd pill when on birth control! they dont half put the fear in you and when you do want a baby, lone be hold we have to wait months! (sorry for that little outburst not very PMA of me :) lol )
Just had cheese on toast with tomatoe and beetroot 4 lunch!!

    Yum yum!!

Humm a little strange I think :rotfl:

    Hi All,

My wife and I have been trying for a baby and she thinks she is preganant but its really early stages (couple weeks).

She has done about 4 test and nothing, how long before it will show in the test?

Are there any signs or things to look out for?

She has been saying her back hurts and that she feels nauseus and apprantley she can't stop eating.

all comments welcomed... (sorry if its a silly post just wanted some advice)

    Soreness being gone sounds good:p
You know there's expiry date on CBFM sticks, don't buy too much;)

ive tried to work out my ovulation timing on ovulation calculators online.
thought we might be pregnant this month but period arrived today:(
Is your cycle regular? It'll be good idea to look for other ovulation signs too, like ewcm (egg white cervical mucus):p

    (((Hugs))) for AF arriving:o

    please say hi for me.
    Will do!

    When did you ov?

realised that if we'd got pg right away, the baby would be arriving over the next few weeks. Wow, that's scary that 9 months doesn't actually seem that long now......
    Compared to elephants anyway:p (22months)
  • Not a silly post at all.

For me, my boobs hurt early on, but you will find everyones early symptoms differ.
Has your wife missed her period yet? If not, wait till that date has passed before buying any more pee-on-a-stick kits. Some kits show a positive pregnancy test earlier than others. It's worth bearing in mind that the manufacturers say you can get a false negative, but never a false positive.
If her period date has came and wait, leave it another week or so, then perhaps make a GP appointment.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you both:)

The bad back and feeling hungry wouldn't happen for a while,if she is.
