ok , sorry another bizaare question.

    folic acid.

i never took it when i been preg before. but now i'm alot older so would it be wise to and if so when do i take it ?

and is it best to BD a couple of times a day , the more the better, or is is better to let the swimmers get stronger and maybe only once a day or every other day.

i still think i'm gonna wing it and see what happens. but it is very interesting finding out more and what we can do to give the best results.

Hey ladies, I'm writing a message to you from my new iPod touch!!! I love love love it!
Well today I've been starving all day even after breakfast I could have gone straight onto lunch!!! Lol! Just had a massive bowl of cheesy pasta and low and behold I'm hungry again! Madness! Rofl

I've been like that for the past week  not doing the diet any good at all but I'm just a completely bottomless pit! Trouble is I'm getting lots of heartburn and I'm actually finding that eating helps it :o

Yay. Finally got home from work (via supermarket) and went straight on ebay to order that thermometer. It feels like a good intermediate step - actively doing something to monitor my cycle without going all out.

Awesome news WW! It's so exciting but super stressful at the same time. We have just started talking about moving and would like to but just the thought of all the hassle makes me start to tense up so going to take it slow and not rush. Were you looking for long?

QQ - how are things going for you? Do you just have to wait and see now or are there any nore meds?

Hi JCR, folic acid is recommended while you're trying to conceive and up until the 12th week of pregnancy - you can get them in Boots, Superdrug or anywhere like that, and you take them once a day with your main meal (I tend to take them after breakfast otherwise I forget!)

I think the general opinion with BDing is to do it every other day, but I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong :)

My cheapie OPKs arrived today :j I had to try one even though I'm only on CD8 - it was negative :o. Peeing on a stick is strangely addictive isn't it? :rotfl:

Love is the answer. At least for most of the questions in my heart,
Like why are we here? And where do we go?And how come it's so hard?
It's not always easy,And sometimes life can be deceiving,
I'll tell you one thing, its always better when we're together

We put our house up for sale about 6 months ago, and have been looking for the perfect house since then.

Can I ask another questions for everyone using the cbfm? Do you normally have high for the same number of days. So if you normally see 2 highs before peak (or low - lol), do you normally see 2 days of high every month? Hope that makes sense..... :rotfl:
I've had the same number so far on 2 cycles that I used 'till Peak.
    Had High for 2 days:)
I just press the 'm' button and hold it down til it says CD5 don't i?
    Yes:)

You should take folic acid asap and until 12 weeks pg.
    I take it after breakfast:)

I think it is thought to be good to BD every other day, and every day near ov (according to CBFM).
We've never done that since DH is just so once a week person. No wonder I'm not pg yet:o This month, we've done it 4 times, of which one was IUI. I'm on CD20 today:o

    Congrats on getting a thermometer:T
I just have to wait like everyone else. Can't even test early either since I had a hcg shot, and there's still some hcg left in my system:o

It is addictive:o Better than using hpt though:p

What IC opk's are everyone using? Anyone got a linky? Ta
We're trying to sell DH's Buy to Let (now it's empty) but as it needs some rewiring we're not getting any offers as no-one wants to take on a 'project' in this climate - the equity in that is our deposit to buy our own place - if we can't sell it we'll have to make room in this tiny rental to fit baby in somehow! :o
