    It needs to be juice though, or tinned type, as the fresh ones has something in it that could cause mc:eek:
    Heat (pasteurising) kills the mc causing thing.

    It's a new idea for me too this cycle:)

    It contains something called bromelain, which is like baby aspirin or heparin and it increases blood flow, so I understand:p

    Edit: I've been reading other sites, and now Bromelain causes mc? Better read up a bit more...

    OK, having researched it further, pineapple is a bit of an old wife's tale, but it is true that raw pineapple core contains bromelain which can induce contractions and mc, but one has to take amazing amount to do that.

    So some people are taking it safe, and are drinking juices that has been heat treated, it still contains selenium which is good for ttc.
    There seems to be a lot of people undertaking IVF who are eating pineapple cores, so I'd say everything in moderation:p
