Hi everyone, I hope you're all having a nice eve.

Thanks QQ and WW for the benefit of your knowledge. WW I've got liquid epo (I couldn't face another tablet!) - sorry to be a thicky but do you know how much I should take?

So . . . . Am I right? Do I take epo(dose tbc) and grapefruit juice from cd1 and the start using preseed approx 5 days pre ov but stop all of it as from ov?

With opks - when (and if) I get a positive is that because ov is imminent? Is that the time to stop everything?

I don't know how much you need to take DL as you can get EPO in different strengths. Find out what strength is in 1 t-spoon and then multiply the number of t-spoons until you get 3000mg. So if 1 t-spoon is 1000mg, you need to take 3 t-spoons per day.

You can use pre seed any time throughout the month, but stop the EP and grapefruit at OV time. Yes when you get a dark line on OPKs that means OV is imminent.

11 DPO for me and have been convinced since OV that this isn't my month. Then yesterday started thinking 'maybe it could be ... there is a chance ...' So did a test this morning and BFN :(

Hi Cycle was 29 days, don't think i ovulated.
Had 2 natural bleed free days, but then it all started up again, ended up taking medication to stop it whilst on holiday, Noretherstone or something like that.
will def take my temps this month.
I've taken Norethisterone! Did you get AF 2,3 days after stopping it?
Taking temps is the best way to see if you ov'd or not, but to catch ov, opks is better:o
    evening ladies :)

ordered my new thermometer today, it comes with 10 opk's, hadn't intending on using those but i'll have some i might as well. are they easy to understand?

while i was ordering that, the oh asked if i was going to get some pre-seed as well, as he liked the sound of it! so can i be on team sticky when we start properly in a week or so?

i don't think i've ever wanted af to start so much in my life, also sure it'll be the last time i'm looking forward to getting it as well:(
You use OPKs from few days before ov, perhaps from around CD8 (unless you have long cycles), and do it twice a day, one in the afternoon and another in the evening. Like with hpts, the urine needs to be concentrated, so no drinking/wc for 3hrs before the test;)

As for Preseed, welcome to Team Sticky!:j

I'd take grapefruit juice from around 5 days before ov.
People take EPO from CD1 - ov.
With opks - when (and if) I get a positive is that because ov is imminent? Is that the time to stop everything?
First positive opk means ov will happen 12-36hrs later.
    It's time for serious BDing;)
If I don't get a pos on opks is there anything I can do to help it along?
I wish I knew the answer to that:D

Wonder Womble, sorry for the BFN, but you are still early:o

Morning guys, can I go on the testing list for Sunday please? Think I'm being optimistic as I've had no sign of ov this month, but have managed to bd every third day without any nastiest, so I'm holding onto the pma!!
    10/10 [STRIKE]£12,156.26 [/STRIKE] 11/10 [STRIKE]£11,950[/STRIKE] 04/11[STRIKE] £12,500 [/STRIKE]Ooops! Okay, back on track - 01/2014 £2,800, 05/2014 £4,500 (my car died!)

Hi everyone, thank you all for the advice. I'd be lost on my own!

I'm cd29 today so as I'm back can I also jump on the testing list for Sunday please? Not expecting it this month but I may as well get back into practice! I haven't got a clue if or when I OVd but Sunday would be cd35 so should something by then if there's anything to show.

Hope the graduates are all well and everyone here is managing to keep the pma up.

    Have a good day x

I'm trying to do this relaxing thing, but even though I am relaxed about ttc, there's few things in my life at the moment that is giving me stress:(

It's little things to do with work (not like anyone dying), so I'm trying to put it into perspective but it's not easy.

On the ttc front, the scan yesterday showed the egg is growing fine, so will have another scan Thursday, and do IUI on Friday or Saturday.

DH is very happy and postponed his work trip:cool:
