Hey all, just a quickie as on my way to shop in a bit. Did another IC and there is def a second test line! Excited but scared, QQ don't graduate me yet until I get the confirmation on an expensive test, will post back soon. Gops xx

Goppers that sound like exciting news!!!!

I was wondering if any of you could answer a question for me? I got a smiley face on OPK on Wednesday. BD weds evening but have been ill since then so only managed it that one time. I have been temping and consistently got 36.4 in the lead up to ovulation. Yesterday my temp rose to 37.1. This may be because of ov or because I was ill. Not sure. But then this morning it has gone back down to 36.4. Am I right in thinking that if it dips after ov that it is less likely I am pregnant? I've been feeling really ill since Thursday anyway so this may have stopped me oving in the first place.

Hmmm... :think: Sounds like you haven't ov'd yet. You may ov today?

Not necessarily. Temps are not exact science.

I've been feeling really ill since Thursday anyway so this may have stopped me oving in the first place.

It's a very long story!! LOL. We were going to Greece on holiday and it literally came on like a flash a matter of hours before we we were meant to go. Like 10pm or something. And it was bad pain and I was shaking with a fever from head to foot. Rang the drs who said that with our time frame of having to leave home at 3am for the flight he couldn't guarentee a dr would be there to see me in time. And that the best thing I could do was go to casualty for anitbiotics. Feeling like the biggest time waster in the world off we trotted. I got seen they took my temperature etc etc were worried about a kidney infection so shoved me on about 3 drips or something. Took bloods for testing. Got results hour or 2 later and it was localised and not spread to the blood as a full body infection which is what they were testing for. Put me on some antibiotics and sent me on my way at 230am. We had the cases in the car and left by 3. Up the motorway I still was feeling bad and shaking like mad. So we turned for home at fleet and came back to bed :rotfl:.Of course by the time the drugs had kicked in by morning I was feeling better:eek: But as I was feelin so bad and had a high temperautre we thought they might not let me fly and I didn't want to any way. Turns out its a good job we didn't as 24 hours later I had major diahwoo woo. And it wouldn't go so had to ring gp again who advised those antibiotics can do that and try a different type. The diahwoo woo took a few days to settle so that would have made holiday hell! Nightmare ... Weird I had no onset signs though as I don't get the burning and visable blood like everyone else. I now have some sticks I can test with if I feel like I am going too much or have suspect tummyache. But for me it feels similar to period pain and my IBS so its hard to spot!
