Thanks QQ I'll look into Agnus Castus - I heard Evening Primrose was good for menstrual cycles too but I don't know in what capacity? I ordered some from Holland & Barrat at the weekend anyway.

I *think* if an existing member refers you to medicash you both get a voucher on joining or something, I'd have to look at it, if anyone would like refering I'd be happy to, I think there are some others on here who are members too.

I would say that DH does but you don't. I am pretty much t-total anyway and DH isn't so I don't have to worry about that bit. Or you could drive and say I can't drink cos I'm driving.

Maybe say you don't drink in the day as it makes you sleepy or something similar. I very very rarely have a drink in the day for this reason.

Or as Sexymouse said say you are driving (but only if you are - don't want to be caught walking/catching the bus home! )

Well.....................CD1 for me

BUT I am happy because

1) my LP is 14 days which is good
2) my cycle went from 73 days to 42 days so a whole month shorter
3) a little longer to save some money!
4) I get to join the club for this month!
