I'm feeling quite _pale_ so am hopeful that it's for the right reason and not that I'm ill.

I also feel a bit of a fraud for joining this thread. :o
Hope you are ill for the right reasons, but take care:)
And anyone can join this thread, I've been here when I was away from DH for 3 months.

Talking about being away, this may be my last cycle with DH this year:( If I'm lucky, I may be able to squeeze one in somewhere, but highly unlikely...

I know 2 people who conceived naturally after spending a fortune in IVF. There must be some truth in that relaxing thingy, but for the life of me, I can't realx:o
I might be wrong but I always assumed it was the extra hormones from the IVF cycle that made people conceive naturally after IVF.

I don't know whether you mean whether you are ovulating or just when you are ovulating but I know by tracking my BBT.

Better check out what hormones they are injecting. Hcg injection sounds good, but it does go away few days after ov doesn't it?

Some take progesterone, I took them to bring on AF at the end of last cycle:j

In my next life I think I'd like to be a fertility specialist:p

    Extremely light spotting could be:
    1.Ov spotting
    2.Just general mid cycle spotting
    3.Low progesterone (after ov)
    4.Implantation spotting
    5.Pre AF spotting

    Hope it's No.4:)

As for ov, ewcm is most popular:
    http://www.fertilinet.com/Cervical%20Fluid%20and%20Fertility.htm

In my case, that area gets swollen around ov (check when washing that area in shower).

    Another way is OPKs: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B001G7STT0/ref=pd_luc_mri?ie=UTF8&m=A4DI4ZJ5WTRP7

And finally taking temps, but that'll only tell you you've ov'd, so no help for BDing, but good for stopping BD (you should BD few more incase the high temp was just a spike):p

I have no idea - I'm probably just contributing to an urban myth or something.

do the opks tell you that you have ov'd or are about to?

i don't think i have the patience for the temps as i don't wake up at the same time every day etc
