Feeling a bit sorry for myself today, i hate the 2WW! Have indulged in chocolate and trashy magazines and am already in my pj's :T0 -
Well I've just been to the loo, so sorry if TMI, but AF has shown her ugly head! What a waste of a test! I should've saved it for next month. I'm seriously considering a CBFM now, as this will be cycle 4 now. I know it's not much compared to some people, but I'm getting impatient now.Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.I married Moon 8/4/2011, baby boy born 26/9/2012, Angel Baby Poppy born 8/11/15, Rainbow baby boy born 11/2/20170

Hi ladies, well we're back from our camping trip and we had a lovely time. The only bad bit was my terrible nausea whilst travelling!! I suffered badly with travel sickness as a child but have been 95% ok since being about 15. On the way home is was really bad for about three quarters of the journey then in miraculously disappeared!! Also felt sicky whilst travelling around while we were there too. I know I shouldn't SS (Especially at CD18) but it doesn't help when DH and my mum both thought the same!!
Anyway....big hus and choccy to those in need, especially Emsbet and fannyanna.
Hello to the newbies too.Thank you ladies. You are really kind. You made me cry so I hope you're happy with yourselves.
Made the mistake of googling about the biopsy - peoples experiences range from feels like a pinch and some cramping to it's unbelievably painful with lots of bleeding. I'm worried as I actually found the smear painful which most people say is just uncomfortable. And that's just the biopsy and not the actual treatment. Although you do get local anesthetic with the treatment so in a way that doesn't seem as bad (other than the thought of a needle being shoved up there).
Also I'm feeling very pitiful as I snapped at Hubby and told him to go out and leave me alone. He had plans to go out tonight but said he'd cancel but then I snapped and him and basically told him to get lost. Now I feel all pathetic and lonely. Talk about cutting your nose off to spite your face!
Anyway, I'm getting even more pathetic now.
Fannyanna, just wanted to let you know I had this just over a year ago and had to have the colposcopy and some cells removed. if you have any queastions I can help with feel free to PM me. I think I had to leave it 2 weeks before I could BD but I can't remember for sure. As you've read, you get a local anaesthetic injection before they do the removal bit and that is easily the worst bit. After the injection i didn't feel a thing and I also had hardly any discomfort afterwards, much less than after my smear even. The one bit of advice I would give is....they had a screen up that they use to look at what they're doing (they use a teeny ickle camera) and it was where I could see it if I turned my head......seriously, don't look, I'm not squeemish but I wish I hadn't!!!0 -

HUGS sexymouse. If there's one thing TTC has taught me it's I'm not as patient as i would give myself credit for :rotfl:0 -
This is cycle 6 for me, so tbh i`m shocked i`ve even got a TLP already!!!!!! Went and got another test and there`s a definate faint line there. Going to re-test with FMU 2moro (fathers day too!!) before telling the hubby what i think is there
Really not convinced tho, keep expecting to go to the loo and find Af lol. SPent the whole first 3 months of the last pregnancy not believing it at all haha! Will be back in the morning
Fingers crossed for everyone else xxx

Yey Emmylou I'm so chuffed for you - best fathers day present ever to suddenly know you're going to be one!PurplePink wrote: »Hey all,

Not to encourage any POAS related obsessions ... but the ladies on babies and bump use websites where you photograph your test and it inverts the colours - makes it a lot easier to see TLPs.
I'm going to do a FMU test tomorrow, only 9DPO but what with it being fathers day I'm going to do a cheeky early test... and probably get really despondant when its a BFN! Still, going to a National Trust house and gardens tomorrow (second in as many days) which has a farm shop and an amazing organic cafe with the best local burgers and an adventure playground they let adults on, so at least I can drown my sorrows. Been feeling quesy and dizzy for a few days now but I think its that DH has been trying to get me to eat more, and my body isn't very keen.0 -
