At what point can we assume I ov'd on CD23? After 3 higher temps?

Looking at this cycle's temps and last cycle's temps, assuming that CD23 was ov this time, and CD50 was ov last time (which only gives a 7/8day LP which could be worrisome), then the pattern of 3/4days of steady temps before hand makes sense...? I know more will be revealed with more temps and by the end of this cycle etc, but what was it that lengthen LP? Vit B100? Agnus?

3 high temps, but I've put you down as 2DPO now:)

Some say not to take agnus castus after ov, but vit B100 complex should be fine. I'm not a doctor, and can't offer medical advice, but I took vit Bs, just a thought:)

Having seen the overlay from last cycle I'm now unconvinced this was ov at all

I'm so confused. And the fact that FF doesn't want to put any ov lines in for me worries me
