LG problems

Hi all,
I have two mobile phones from 3 which are both LG8120. the 3 network itself has been perfect however the phones have not. My first phone stopped working - had to send it back for re-flashing. The second one then did exactly the same.
One month later the first wont even switch on now and nobody can hear you speak on the other phone. 2 phones breaking twice is pretty bad - am in my rights to cancel the contract or request a different phone. Any views / similar experiences would be very much appreciated.
Thanks,
James

Thanks for the link. Looks like i'm going to have to get it repaired - really want to get rid of these phones - they break way too easy!!!
Hopefully I can get it fixed and then flog it on ebay and buy something decent!
Thanks again
