Buying Swiss Francs

I want to buy £600 worth of Swiss Franks for cash. Where will I get the best deal? The best deals seem to be all for card payment and then you get clobbered with card charges.

Are you paying for delivery? Can you Collect? Is this from the Travel Money Maximiser?
Best way to avoid fees is to do a bank transfer or to take the cash from and ATM and walk it round to the exchange place if collecting. ATM limit too low - cash a cheque.0 -
I think International Currency Exchange online are pretty good -- not sure what their rules on cash are, I think they let you pay by bank transfer though, so you could put the cash in your bank account and then BACS it to avoid any card fees.0
