Sky Box Warranty

I had problems with my Sky+HD box last week which resulted in a brand new box being installed. Now the warranty on the knackered one was due to expire in November, may be a silly question this but does the warranty start afresh from now or will I still be liable to engineer costs after November?

Not really sure but why not ring them up and ask.
I have a feeling that the warranty will be up in November.
Take no notice of any of the scam merchants who ring you up and allude to being from Sky, you will be inundated with calls and
letters asking you to renew your insurance. Dont, if you want to renew your insurance, ring Sky yourself.
But do your sums, it costs I think about £65 for an engineer, see how much a years ins. would cost you,
You may not need an engineer in the next year but there again, you might, but I guess thats what insurance is, a gamble.
Hope that helsp
