Hi there reg,

Could you please help me too. I left something plugged into the lighter socket and it drained the battery dry. Consequently the blaupunkt car 300 in my astra has entered SAFE mode. I can't find my car pass with the radio code. I managed to extract the radio and there were lots of numbers written on it but I hope these are the important ones:

On top of the stereo on the sticker is No 90 533 422
On one side on a barcode sticker are the numbers:

7 648 852 320 ¦ Car 300 (E)
Made in Portugal ¦
GM0300W6785851 ¦ 90533422

To restore from SAFE, leave your radio SWITCHED ON....UNDISTURBED for a couple of hours and it should automatically reset itself
