    I have been unable to get the unit out to find the serial number all i could obtain was m5wv49 mv 0214 by pressing 1 and 6. Is this information enough or do I really need to get the serial?

    I am afraid that we need the M****** from the sticker on the unit. The 1 and 6 only gives the serial on selected units.
