We took our car to the garage and when it came back the clock had been reset and the radio needed a code. We don't have a code but the serial number on the side is: M388638.

hello, i switched out the factory radio in my truck for another one. the radio works, but the cd changer doesn't. i get a "CD ERROR" message on the display when i try to load a cd.
