Car Radio Unlocking

I have a X-Reg Renault Megane and as I bought it second hand I didn't get the radio code. Had to replace the battery recently and now the radio is just reading CODE when I turn it on. Please can I have a radio code.

Numbers on the side of the radio are:
Model No. 22DC259/62T
T0V810
RN259F10261279
Prod No: FD0401020261279
(Number under the barcode): 7700434422TV810 (looking at the posts above the last four digit of this number are the ones to find the code)
(Number in the box under the barcode): 7700 434 422 - -

Would really appreciate if any one could supply me with a code for my Micra 08. A new battery meant the radio has gone off. The car was not supplied with the radio code when I bought it not new.

The info I have on the radio is
