I would be eternally grateful, Ford garage are saying they need to remove the radio and are quoting me £30!

Ford V Serial codes are not usually available for free from anywhere on the Internet (unless you can blag it for free from Ford) as they are not calculated using software but require access to the Ford factory database( via a Ford Dealer)...which is not commercially available as software.

The dealers gave me a code for the radio but that doesnt work. Tried it a few times, and now it's on lock mode.. They now want to charge me money to resolve the situation. I've managed to remove the radio myself and the information on the back is as follows:
