Your code Siemens VDO will only be available from the Main Dealer database or the unit will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service

It is unlikely to be available for free or cheap from anywhere on the Internet.

Ive been told I only needed serial number and parts number and then it can be worked out?

There was nothing engraved on it!

Thank you, I'll continue searching as I don't want to pay Main Dealers.
I've had quotes £15 & £35 both from Main Nissan Dealers.

Have you removed the radio from the dash ? There will be a sticker on the casing with the serial number on it. The serial will also usually be etched into the metal somewhere. http://www.fitaudio.com/?View=entry&EntryID=39
