ukbookshelf are quoting £7.95 now because of "problems with UK access to the database" and having to use a foreign source.

The serial number will be in the form M123456 or V123456.

Ford V Serial codes are not usually available for free from anywhere on the Internet (unless you can blag it for free from Ford) as they are not calculated using software but require access to the Ford factory database( via a Ford Dealer)...which is not commercially available as software.

Would anyone be able to tell me the code for a 1998 Citroen Saxo radio, serial number GR0971V6545115 by any chance, or tell me a reputable site to get the code from please. The one in the log book is not working.
