    Check the serial is correct for the radio, Best to remove the radio from the dash and find the No. on a label on the radios casing some models will display the serial No by pressing buttons 6 & 1 Or 6 & 2 together.

    A serial number found in the vehicle hand book may not be the correct serial N0. for the radio fitted, Radio may have been replaced.
