These Philips codes are cannot calculated but have to be looked up on a database....and unfortunately your Serial Number is not in the available database ( which only goes up to approx year 2000 radios)

Your Vauxhall Dealer should be able to look up the Serial Number on the factory database .
The larger (professional) online services may also have access (or usually have a contact at a Vauxhall Dealership) and offer codes using the Serial Number ... but normally neither will NOT refund if it does not work so it could be an expensive gamble.
The better option is to take it into a Radio Decoding Service where they will definitely get your radio working again , usually for a similar price (around £20/£25)

5695 is the correct code for you serial no. The unit may have been replaced, if you could try to get the serial No. from the unit fitted in your vehicle:
