I sent the email and they provided me with 2 codes and the first one worked.

Just to help anyone else, if you cant find a Ford M or V Serial number on their Ford radios (made by Visteon and Sony), your radio maybe made by another manufacturer as mine was (Blaupunkt) so the Serial Number is probably in a different format.

The serial No. of the radio is required to calculate a code.

My wife's CD player wouldn't eject the CDs. I've taken it to bits and extracted them. Now it wants a code. There is nothing in the service /radio documents,

Can anyone supply the code for the unit? Serial number M013473.
