Unfortunately VDO (SIEMENS DELCO ) codes are not available for free from anywhere on the Internet.

You are going to have to pay your Main Vauxhall Dealer , a Radio Decode Specialist or your local Car Radio / Audio Shop (usually the cheapest option)
