TO ENTER CODE - press station preset button 1 repeatedly for 1st diget of your keycode - repeat the same on - 2 for 2nd - 3 for 3rd - 4 for 4th - & if the display then shows the correct keycode number press preset button 5 to enter - photo shows radio extractor keys & serial number on the radio casing - go to u-tube & see remove ford radio
  • Hello, What a godsend to find this thread. Battery was disconnected after needing new clutch just b4 Xmas! Nightmare! Since reconnecting it wont recognise the code I have in my documents of 2428.
The serial no is M277839 Unit type FD4500. I would be so grateful if you could kindly help with the correct code? Just slightly concerned the docs are not related to my stereo.
    Many thanks Tillytott

2428 is the correct code for that serial. Press 6 & 2 and see what comes up on the display.
