Hi RegWorts,
I read earlier in this thread that you may have difficulty with the Blaupunkt serial numbers starting "VW..." but if you could possibly have a stab at VWZ1Z3W1199463, part number 7-648-227-060, I'd be most grateful - dealership wanted £55 + VAT
Much appreciated.
What I can tell you is that according to my database , it requires a four digit code between 0000 - 1999....so using the 0000/1999 BP calculator , it gives a code of 0668
...but I don`t think this will be correct..but do let me know if it is !
If not , then the cheapest option is usually the local Car Radio / Audio Shop who might be able to electronically "read" (or recode ) the memory chip (EEPROM) for £10 - £15 ...if you`re lucky !0 -

serial number RG597W21161138SORRY...NO MULTIPLE REQUESTS ON THIS FORUM
Single code requests for personal use only.
This is to deter car radio thieves, traders and folk who sell this free information to others for money0 -

Sadly, as you expected, this did not work; but hey, thanks for trying. I'll check the yellow pages for a local audio shop.0 -
