    Hi Please help - I can't get the radio out of my C-Max and I don't have the serial number, however, when I press 1 & 6 it comes up with the number SWP16561. Is this the serial number? Are you able to help me out with the code. Thanks

    Hi can anyone help? I'm trying to change the radio in my car over but I can't find the code for the old radio the serial number is M029139 thank you to anyone who can help

    Those that told you to press 1 & 6 , should have also said it only works on some radios. Remove radio from dash , its NOT hard , you don't need special tools . ( cut down wire coat hanger is my fav. ) thousands do it every year with our help.
