    Can anyone help with the keycode for an FD300N Unit - Serial number M299629

    I have keycode 9197 in my handbook but it's not accepting this.

    I'd be very grateful for any help.

    That is the correct code for the quoted serial. Remove the unit from the dash and read the serial from the sticker.

    m033294 = 0769
    TO ENTER CODE - press station preset button 1 repeatedly for 1st diget of your keycode - repeat the same on - 2 for 2nd - 3 for 3rd - 4 for 4th - & if the display then shows the correct keycode number press preset button 5 to enter - photo shows radio extractor keys & serial number on the radio casing - go to u-tube & see remove ford radio

    It is unlikely to be available for free or cheap from anywhere on the Internet

    Hi and sorry for the stupid question I'm about to ask.
    I just bought a 06 Ford Focus and it has a sony stereo which is asking for code after a dead battery.
    How do I get the serial number and code without having to take the unit out? Don't have any documents to look for the serial number on too.

    Can anyone help with the keycode please?
