Hi, i hope you can help, i need my radio code as my battery run flat and now cant remember the code and the kids are goin mad with no "SOUNDS" hope someone can help....my motor is a volvo v70 my96...the head unit is an sc-805
serial number on the unit is...VO8050 H5079202..also another number if needed is 3533711-1..hope this helps
found some info on other site it says "you need to post the links/diodes (usually on the reverse of the stereo) and enter the sequence" after this is done a code can be generated.
If you post this info someone may be able to help
The Volvo radios using diodes are the older CR series
The Volvo SC-805 radio is made by MITSUBISHI and requires a four digit code in the range 1111 - 6666......and I don`t think you will be able to obtain it for free from anywhere on the Internet.

First thing to try , find a wire coat hanger.
Cut off the two corners, allowing at least 6 inches on each arm.
Bend wire until you can insert both ends into the ( same side) holes
Same with other piece of wire.
Push into holes firmly ( they should go in number of inches.)
You now have a radio with a couple of loops sticking out.
Push loops outwards and wriggle.
Radio not you , gentle pull.
