No , the only way is to remove radio . DON'T PANIC
We help thousands every year. Its not difficult .
1) Buy the 'keys' from Halfords ......about £6
2) Buy off ebay .........£2
3) look at the 'keys' on ebay , they are really only u -shaped wire
so cut down a wire coathanger .
Go to you tube , find a clip ........ Ford radio removal
( pictures are so much clearer , than me posting instructions )

Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing

Wow what a site certainly learnt a few things this afternoon that will save me a lot of money and just spotted this thread...if anyone can help id appreciate it... flat battery over christmas new year and now just the car registration number is on the display panel... had a friend who knows about car things look and it said it says M090677? can anyone help? prefer the radio rather than the noisy engine lol. tia0

Ford V Serial codes are not usually available for free from anywhere on the Internet (unless you can blag it for free from Ford) as they are not calculated using software but require access to the Ford factory database( via a Ford Dealer)...which is not commercially available as software.Sorry having trouble logging into the other account I created :mad:
