Can you help me too please.
I have a Citroen Saxo which needed a new battery and now the radio does not work.
The serial number of the radio is CL040210625953.
    Fingers crossed!
    Thanks,
    Penny

This is a CLARION radio and the only Clarion code available for free anywhere on the Internet are the radios with a BARCODE SERIAL NUMBER beginning with C7000000++++....so check the labels on your radio casing

Otherwise you will have to try your Main Citroen Dealer , local Car Radio/Audio Shop or a Professional Decode Specialist

  • Hi i have just brought a puma, unfortunately it did not come with the stereo code. Its a 6000cd, but i do not have the serial number. Is the only way of getting the serial number pulling out the stereo, as i do not have the pins to do this at the moment. i have heard that there might be a way of bringing it up on the display??? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

  • Chris, you will need to pull radio out the pins cost around £2.99 from halfords or use a metal coathanger once out post your serial number I will be home from work around 6.30pm so I wont be able to post your code back until then unless one of the other guys post first.

First thing to try , find a wire coat hanger.
Cut off the two corners, allowing at least 6 inches on each arm.
Bend wire until you can insert both ends into the ( same side) holes
Same with other piece of wire.

Push into holes firmly ( they should go in number of inches.)

You now have a radio with a couple of loops sticking out.
    Push loops outwards and wriggle.
Radio not you , gentle pull.
