    Only some models will display the Serial No. you will need to remove the radio and find the serial on label on casing:

    My radio has reset after I changed the battery. Serial number on the radio is:

    M007299

    Any help is greatly appreciated, this thread is a godsend!

  • I have had to change the battery on my ranger and have discovered I have not got the radio code.

    The serial number on the radio is M017588

    Can anyone please help me? Thankyou.

    m 017588 = 7770
    TO ENTER CODE - press station preset button 1 repeatedly for 1st diget of your keycode - repeat the same on - 2 for 2nd - 3 for 3rd - 4 for 4th - & if the display then shows the correct keycode number press preset button 5 to enter - photo shows radio extractor keys & serial number on the radio casing - go to u-tube & see remove ford radio

    Ah, will most likely be doing that tonight then. I'd just replaced her clutch for her yesterday so radio wasn't top of the list when it asked for the code and I figured it could wait lol.
