GM Philips 09 136 106 , CAR 400 2F3 WA000005 1830(hand written) Y8 087 771(handwritten)
Barcodes 9022 213 99759 00 , 003 0005 2689751
Small label has printed DC399/75 2WA 00 25.01.00
Handwritten label on side has AS 366 or A5 366 perhaps
Stamped in the frame is GM0400Y2689751
