I have a ford mondeo radio 5000 which displays locked 10 any ideas how I can get rid of the message so I can enter my code.

I have tried diconnecting it from the main power for a few hours then reconnect it still the same problem. I have also tried pressing number 6 switching it on etc but still it says locked.

Any ideas?
