It could be because

1...Wrong code (Make sure you have quoted the correct Serial Numbers)
2...The code is being entered incorrectly
3...Radio locked (what does the display say?)
4...Your radio might not be using the normal Ford calculator.
5..Radio has been recoded to a different number

(Normally it is either 1 or 2 )

Just to confirm the details , can you quote ALL the NUMBERS+LETTERS on any LABELS or BARCODES or STAMPED IN THE METAL CASE.

If there are no others ...and you are entering the 2629 correctly , then I don`t think you will be able to obtain it for free from anywhere off the Internet.
