Hi, I had the battery changed and now have to entre a code. I can't see a serial number as the front is fixed and does not come off...:-(

you will need pins to take it off.. or four screw drivers could do the job.. ( I personally wouldnt use screw drivers though.. )

We require the Serial No. Sometimes pressing buttons 6 and 1 or 6 and 2 will display the Serial No. or you may find in your handbook Serial No. begins either M****** or V******

Pressing the buttons only works on some models. The only way to get the No. is by removing the radio you will find no on label on the units casing.

We bought a Mondeo yesterday which has the wrong stereo to work with the controls on the steering column. We have the correct stereo in our old Fiesta, which doesn't have steering column controls. I'd be uber grateful if someone could help with the code for the Mondeo stereo, so we can swap them over. The serial number is M205739.
