Does anyone know how to decode a Vauxhall (Astra) car radio? Car battery died the other day and the radio is now in SAFE mode. Don't think I remembered to get the code when I bought the car. Cheers!

    Additional Details
Here are all the details I can find:

    VDO CDR500
    Delco Electronics

    >PA6 GF15< GM24 465 993
Sorry....will only be available from the Main Dealer or the unit will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service to obtain this code

It will not be available for free or cheap from anywhere on the Internet

    Can someone help my dad?
He has got an volvo 440 with an CR-603 with no code.

These are the codes I found on the radio:
    1373073-1
    4980 9507
    serial no. V08580 F7198299K
    6113490858

    Thanx in advance and regards,
    Ramon

The Volvo CR-603 is an old Alpine radio using a different system for its code so will require further technical advice

    Hey guys..

I'm hoping someone can help me.. Mine is a little different as the serial code begins with V.. and most people have a V..

    The code is: V112688

I'm not sure what the model is but its a Ford Fusion late 2007.. Built in radio, I used the 4 keys to remove it!

Hoping for the best here, don't wanna pay my local ford dealer £40 :(
