He has got an volvo 440 with an CR-603 with no code.

These are the codes I found on the radio:

hi could someone please help me, both me and my housemate are disabled and have a ford galaxy car, we changed the battery and lost the code for the radio, the serial number is V015776 please help us

We cant help with V codes , there wont be anywhere on the web to obtain for free. And at the moment we can't even suggest a reliable ( fee paying ) source .
Ebay might be you starting point .
