Sorry ....not in my PHILIPS database.

If it is fitted into a French Car ( Renault, Citroen etc) then there should be other LETTERS+NUMBERS on the casing. Please quote EVERYTHING

If not in a French Car then I don`t think you will obtain this code for free from any of these Internet Help Forums.

Some of these BLAUPUNKTs can be awkward to calculate so first try

    9987

If that doesn`t work then try 1987

Just to let you know, it was 9987, thanks. You have saved me from having to buy a new stereo, I didn't know if my problems with the old one were down to the wiring or the unit itself (random drop outs of speakers, or the whole unit) now I can safely say it was the old unit.

    Thanks again.
  • Hi there,

Would you possibly get the code for my stero please...

    Here is the information:

    VDO CDR 500

    PA6CF15

    SN: GM13107918

Its a Vauxhall Astra 02 Plate SRI Model < dnt know if that helps?

Driving 30 miles to college is very depressing without music.

You would be helping my sanity greatly.

    Thanks
