The serial number should be 14 characters....but yours has only 13.

I suspect that the correct serial number is RNRD3450056078....and if so then unfortunately it is not in my database.

Can you quote the MAKE of CAR it is fitted into.?
If it is a French make (Renault etc) then there should be other letters+numbers on the casing and I still may be able to help.
