Car Radio Unlocking

Hi, Can someone help with a radio code for my Ford S-Max please? Had a new clutch fitted at nearly £1,100 and the car has come back with the radio code gone.

Model No. is CDX-FS34XAE (Sony)
Serial No. is V013 384

I have a ford Mondeo, and after changing the battery it is hacking for a code to be entered to unlock it.

The unit's serial number is: m230319.
The model number is: 6000 CD RDS E-O-N
